Joëlle Toledano is Professor Emeritus, previously University Professor of Economics; She is associated with the “Governance and Regulation” Chair of the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL, a member of the Board of Directors of the National Frequencies Agency and two digital startups, also a member of the National Digital Council (CNNUM) and the Academy of Technologies.
