Biography

Claire Thoury is President of the Associative Movement and a member of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council (EESC). She chairs the Governance Committee of the Citizens’ Convention on the End of Life, which submitted its work at the beginning of April. As part of the Associative Movement, she is a member of the coordination group of the Power to Live Pact. Former General Delegate of Animafac, Claire Thoury is a specialist in engagement issues. She is the author of a thesis defended in 2017 entitled “Engagement in a world of individualization: identity construction and political pathways”.
