Isabelle MEJEAN

Isabelle Méjean holds a PhD in economics from the University of Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne. She is a professor of economics at Sciences Po and a researcher affiliated with the CEPR (Center for Economic Policy Research). She was previously an economist at CEPII (Centre d’Etudes Prospectives et d’Informations Internationales), then at the IMF Research Department before becoming a professor at École Polytechnique.
In 2020, she received the Best Young Economist Award from the Cercle des économistes and Le Monde. In 2017, she received a Starting Grant from the European Research Council for a research project on business networks in international markets.

Her main areas of expertise: trade and international macroeconomics.
