Biography
Sylvie Matelly holds a PhD in economics from the Université Pierre Mendès France in Grenoble. A specialist in defence issues, she joined the Institute of International and Strategic Relations (IRIS) in 2001, where she is now Deputy Director. She has published several books, including in 2021, “Geopolitics of the Economy” (Éditions Eyrolles).
